[muslimstudentsGunma] Invitation for the first meeting in KIRYU

Assalamoualikoum,

Brothers and Sisters,

On behalf our Kiryu Muslim group, it is my pleasure to invite all of you for participation in the first meeting in Kiryu Campus which will be held in the next Saturday (July 2^nd) at International House. The starting time is 11.00 AM and the ending time is 2:40 PM. Lunch will be provided after ZOHR Prayer in between 12:15 to 1:30.

This invitation is opening for all Muslim brothers and sisters in both Kiryu and Maebashi cities. Also, the invitation extends to families and for any Muslim brother/sister around us if you know someone.

Kindly enough come early as soon as possible (11.00 AM) because your help is appreciated.

The suggested program of this meeting is listed below.

11:00 – 11:05 Opening meeting

11.05 – 11:10 Recitation Quarn

11:10 – 11:25 Speech will be presented by Dr. ABDELRHMAN ABDELGAWID (Who is Egyptian brother and he is a secretary of Public relation MSAJ)

11:25 – 11:45 Speech will be presented by Dr. Deddy Nurzama (Who is Indonesian brother and he is a Secretary for social affairs MSAJ)

11:45 – 12.00 Speech will be presented by Brother Yasser (Who is Malaysian brother and Maybe if brother Yasser cannot come another one will talk)

12:00 – 12:15 ZOHR Prayer

12:15 – 01:30 Lunch Time

01:30 – 01:45 Open discussion (General topics)

01:45 – 02:30 Social activities

02:30 – 02:40 Closing meeting

The subjects will be presented in this meeting are:

1. Tazkyia and Muhasab Self Evaluation. (How to evaluate yourself?)

2. The Importance of practicing Dawa.

3. Motivation and Time Management in Dawa.

4. General topics related to social activities and student life in Japan. Besides any subject will be required by participants.

If any change in the program happens, I will update you.

For Brothers/Sisters in Maebashi, please contact to brother Safrial for arrangement to pick you from Kiryu station. Also, I wonder if Brother TAWFIQ circles this invitation among our brothers/sisters in Maeabash City because I do not have all their e-mails.

I appreciate if Brother ADAIN announce for this meeting for our Malaysian brothers for more confirmation about attendance. Also, I appreciate if Sister RENA conveys the same message for our Malaysian sisters in both Kiryu and Maebashi.
